Hi! Weâre Cait + Jess, Owners of Stoke Deli Bar. We also happen to married, you know, like to each other. Cait grew up in Pelham and met Jess in her native UK. Theyâve spent the last 10 years travelling and cooking together before finally putting down roots in Niagara.
OUR FOCACCIA
Whatâs a deli without bread? We bake ours fresh each morning â and often a few more times throughout the day! When itâs still hot out of the oven we brush it with olive oil and sprinkle it with a blend of chili, fennel and sea salt. Every single one of our sandwiches starts with one of these dreamy pillows of gluten-filled goodness.
