Jess designs the menus, creates the recipes, starts the fires, bakes the bread, and just does all the things that make Stoke, Stoke. If you’ve had something tasty from us, it’s thanks to Jess.

Cait creates all of our content, curates our online presence and engages with our awesome community online. She’s also super passionate about bottling Jess’s genius in the form of Stoke at Home.

RETAIL MANAGER

This woman is one of the kindest, funniest, hardest working people we’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know. She keeps it light when sh*t hits the fan, ⁠and she's always ready to kill it when ⁠we need her most. She has a keen eye for retail and merchandising and a wonderful creative spark. When she’s not working at Stoke, you’ll find her creating magic over at Hidden Hive Studio.

Kristie is our Head Barista, owner of Groundswell Coffee Company and an inspiring advocate and ambassador for specialty coffee here in Niagara.
