Chef Jess Marshall is a classically trained chef from Cornwall in the UK. She grew up surfing and running around her grandparent’s beachside pub + hotel, where she would eventually fall in love with cooking. Jess has a passion for pairing local ingredients with techniques and inspiration from her travels around the globe.

What’s a deli without bread? We bake ours fresh each morning – and often throughout the day! When it’s still hot out of the oven we brush it with olive oil and sprinkle it with a blend of chili, fennel and sea salt. Every single one of our sandwiches starts with one of these dreamy pillows of gluten-filled goodness.
