ABOUT US
Hi! We’re Cait + Jess, Owners of Stoke Deli Bar. We also happen to married, you know, like to each other. Cait grew up in Pelham and met Jess in her native UK. We’ve spent the last 10 years travelling and cooking together before finally putting down roots in Niagara.
OUR FOCACCIA
What’s a deli without bread? We bake ours fresh each morning – and often a few more times throughout the day! When it’s still hot out of the oven we brush it with olive oil and sprinkle it with a blend of chili, fennel and sea salt. Every single one of our sandwiches starts with one of these dreamy pillows of gluten-filled goodness.
After a few years of being in business, we' were started to have folks ask if we would ever sell our hot sauces, pickles, and pantry staples. You can now find some of our secret weapons at stores across Canada, under the brand Stoke at Home.
